High Fibre
‘High Fibre' has grown out of Fiona Henderson's experience as a knitwear designer developing directional fabrics and colour stories for individual studios and companies in New York and Japan.
Her love of developing new techniques and experimenting with traditional handicrafts led her to explore the process of yarn making. The focus has been to create yarns using natural fibres where the coloured or textured effects are knitted in rather than dyed or applied.
This resulted in a unique collection of lightweight chunky yarns. |
