It's great as a knitted embellishment for a ruffly neckline or cuffs.
suggested needle size for knitting: Wonderful for finger knitting! Looks special knit on 7mm needle upwards to huge needles (20mm) depending on the effect you want.
It's also nice as an edging for blankets or throws either knit or sewn on.
